Carolina Against Slavery and Trafficking
Human trafficking is the use of violence, deception, coercion, or force upon an individual for the purpose of exploitation. Carolina Against Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) strives to raise awareness and knowledge about trafficking issues both on campus and in the community, as well as promote discussion and understanding the existence of this issue locally and globally. We also work to collaborate with other organizations campus-,community- and worldwide to promote advocacy and to provide direct assistance to victims.
